An Example of Our Delivery Process
Scheduling
You will receive a call from the delivery team for scheduling. Dispatcher will advise what day/days is/are available for delivery and will try their best to work with your schedule. If you cannot work with available times, then we cannot guarantee delivery in quoted time windows. If your schedule changes before delivery, please contact the dispatcher with as much notice as possible for reschedule.
Custom shop builds are free delivery from shop, no mileage charge.
Off lot sales over 50 miles from sales location are subject to a $5.00 per mile extra delivery fee on the mileage over 50 miles. For buildings that are 14’ and 16’ wide, customer will incur an additional fee for escorts for mileage above the 50 free delivery miles.
If the ground is not level, labor is included up to 30” high on the end furthest from the ground. If leveling does not start on a 2” or 4” solid block, for the corner closest to the ground, there will be an extra charge for leveling labor.
Blocks may be purchased from driver at $3.75 per block, to be paid by customer in cash at time of delivery. You are welcome to have blocks on site prior to delivery.
Customer is responsible to determine ground conditions for delivery. Driver can advise but if customer determines ground conditions are not good for delivery, they must let delivery driver know in advance. If driver comes to your property that will be considered your free delivery attempt.
Customer needs to have all obstructions removed up to 14’ tall and 2’ wider than building width (more space needed in corners).
Delivery company will call ahead to schedule delivery. Please remember they usually do not work evenings and weekends. Delivery driver/dispatcher makes delivery schedules, not the dealer.
On Site: When the driver arrives, he will walk in and check the location the customer has selected and advise on location selection. Once setup is complete, the driver will collect any amount due and have the customer sign off on delivery. If any repairs are needed on the building it will be notated at this time.
