Select Your Model

Cabin, Barn, Utility, Cottage Shed, Garage.... We've got a model to match your storage solution! Start with your roof line; GABLE (A-frame), GAMBREL (barn style) or SHED (single slope). Decide if you want a porch, to make your building a cabin model. Finally determine your need for premier flooring suitable for automotive storage, which is standard in our garage models.

Customize Your Design

Custom buildings give you creative freedom! You can upgrade, add, remove or relocate options like windows, doors, garage doors, loft lengths, floors, and more! Use our custom design tool by clicking DESIGN from the website options menu. E-mail your design to Sales@BaxterBuildings.com and we'll quickly be in touch with a quote for your creation, as online pricing may not reflect current promotions!

Submit Your Info

To start your order we need some information from you. Your contract will require a name, phone number, address, e-mail and building design. If you prefer rent to own (RTO) then we'll need to get more information from you, such as a copy of your ID. While we don't run credit checks, we do have to ensure we verify your identify for the liability of the RTO contract.

Process Your Contract

Review your contract and sign when ready to order! You'll get an email to preview or a text link to review your final contract. Once you're ready you can sign from the texted link and finalize your order. Payment can be provided directly to the team member you're working with, or you can use our online payment link to process payment.

Prep For Delivery

Custom builds typically take 4-6 weeks for buildout and delivery. Once your building is ready a member of the delivery team will reach out to you directly to schedule your delivery and review that process with you. Use the build out time to pick the perfect location and prep the area by removing personal items, large rocks or tree branches.
