Certain custom and specialty options will not be eligible to be included in the Rent-To-Own (RTO) payment structure through Premier Portable Buildings.

These items may still be added to a Rent-To-Own purchase; however, they must be paid in full at the time of order and will be included in the “Buy Down” portion of the RTO contract.

The following custom options are not eligible for Rent-To-Own financing and must be paid in full upfront:

• Interior/stud walls 
• Insulation packages 
• Custom electrical upgrades beyond Premier’s standard electrical package 
• Custom cutouts and structural modifications 
• Any shop-installed options not included in the current Premier Portable Buildings brochure

This update allows Premier Portable Buildings to continue offering affordable Rent-To-Own solutions while responsibly managing highly customized building upgrades that significantly personalize the structure beyond standard inventory offerings. 

Customers may request changes or cancellations within the first 48 hours after purchase. After 48 hours, all upfront payments collected for these custom options become non-refundable.
